The flammable Liquid Charge is a gadget you gain later in the game.
It splashes a liquid on enemies in an area that you need to ignite with a fire based weapon.
groups of Arachnid Jumpers, or locations with a lot of eggs for the Arachnid Scorpiod (fire a shot from vera to wake them and let them hatch first) are a great place to get this achievement.
