How to unlock the Worlds Without End achievement in Scars Above - Definitive Guide

***** OK, so here's the information required.

You do NOT need to press the A button, which saves your game and respawns enemies.

All you need to do is Do make sure you take the path least traveled to make sure you are finding all Pillars. They will "activate" of their own accord once you are within a certain proximity range.

So no worries on this one.

I DID encounter the glitch of the all abilities chievo not unlocking. I just quit the game from the Guide and reloaded. Saved, as suggested on that chievo's guide then quit, loaded and learned the last ability and it did indeed unlock.*****

This is NOT a guide. This is an attempt to gain clarification on this Achievement.

Here's the issue. Pillars of the Earth and Pillars Everywhere achievements do NOT require you to press the A button upon coming into proximity of a Pillar such that it raises up on it's own accord.
Now, what I'd like to know is does this achievement require the same, as in walking up to them and letting Them activate on their own or does this REQUIRE you to INTERACT with them as in pressing the A button?

If it requires you to press the A button then the devs NEED to either fix this, to Retroactively unlock the achievement for those of us who did NOT wish to respawn enemies but did come within proximity of them for them to activate like the aforementioned achievements, OR this needs a rush patch to enable fast travel to all bonfires, sorry, Sites of Grace, sorry, PILLARS so that we CAN activate them with a button press.

I will NOT play this game again for an unclarified achievement. This Will be the last game with this silly mechanic that I play. I don't have tine for the respawning of enemies just to trudge through them again. I work for a living. I'll finish this up, along with Wo Long and I'll not support another title with this mechanic in it if indeed these require actual button presses to interact with.

If someone, INCLUDING the devs knows the actual requirements, how about letting the rest of us know too?
