You can get this the same time as "Killed a Animal" using the Guinea Pig.
You go scavenging at the "Essential Supplies" Store. The Guinea Pig will ask if he should go in the back or the store (Where you cant see him). Tell him to keep going. He will find some 2 Ply Toilet Paper next to a Zombie Zebra.
Convince him it's safe! He will get scratched by the zombie. After he will come back to the van and talk to you. Convince him he is OKAY and to go back home with his Family. After he leaves you will get BOTH Achievements🏆
