How to unlock the 005 achievement in Scorn - Definitive Guide

Story related and can't be missed. After 004 achievement, you'll be looking for areas to upgrade a skeleton key. Once the key is upgraded 4x, go back to the middle main area with 4 pods in the center of the room. Here you can insert your skeleton key and another puzzle needs to be solved. You need to get all 4 of the red lights white. If help is needed to solve the last puzzle, I can attach a guide later. Happy achievement hunting.

This achievement didn't unlock for me after meeting the conditions. Shall I blame Quick Resume for it?

This needs way more detail, it states the obvious, but some guide on upgrading the skeleton key for people wandering in circles to make this a decent solution is defo needed

This achievement is bugged. It didn't unlock for me, so I reloaded the act and did it again. Still no unlock, even after I quit quick resume and did a hard reset.

Non-missable story achievement when completing Act II. This act introduces you to two new key puzzles. To complete this act, you need to upgrade the bone key four times until it's fleshly. Once fully upgraded you can active the hibernation pods to retrieve a new coded key and a health item. Here the achievement will pop.

Exit through the two coded doors and up the lift to finish act II-II.
