I got this with a Level 15 Scott using the move "Grand Slam" which you unlock at Level 14
"Grand Slam" lets you use melee weapons really quickly, i took a baton (i think its called) from the previous area before the fight with the Twins and waited for them to stand next to each other then i spammed the X button to swing the weapon
They died really quickly and easily like this, if you kill one without the other, stop attacking, let the other Twin revive his brother, then continue spamming the X with the weapon

Little tricky to time it but the easiest way I found was to use the Power Of Love Sword code (
on the title screen), go straight to the Dragon's Den level. Do your best to get through without losing your sword in the spike pits. The wide strike from the sword should make it easy to do even damage to both twins at once.
IF you manage to take down one but not the other stop attacking! You'll see the surviving twin try to revive his brother. Let him do that and go back to attacking them, hopefully defeating them both at the same time.

While on the title screen press xxxaby then you will hear a ding that means it worked now press start use you max lv character and choose the twins fight everything utill you reach them spam x until they die at the same time they should not move when you are killing them
Infinite ♾️ money 🤑 cheat code
While on the shopping district when you buy food and after you get out of the store use this
Hold jump then ⬆️⬆️⬇️⬇️⬅️➡️⬅️➡️ block them you will lose all health but get rewarded 50 dollars repeat until have 700
Then pay Scotts late fees at the no account video store and get 7️⃣seven shaolin ten times to max out stats
Now buy alone and disterbed until your lv 16 that's the max now you can kill anything
