How to unlock the Refusing the gift achievement in ScourgeBringer - Definitive Guide

Defeat the 5th judge without acquiring any of the blessings. These show up on the map as a pedestal symbol, and I would avoid entering those rooms if possible as you cannot cancel out of choosing a blessing if you touch (or even get near) the pedestal itself. If you're going for this one you might as well also avoid picking up any HP items to pair it with:
