This is a very straight forward achievement (get the joke) any way you must destroy 30 enemies without using your bombs (b button)
The best way to get this achievement is to sweep to the bottom of the screen and destroy the rocket things before they take of you should get this achievement before stage 2.

Not too hard. Easy to aim and usually precise. Kill 30 enemies and remember not to shoot any bombs off. You can die and the kill count gets carried over to the next life.
