Achievement is simple but time consuming. You must launch your cabins through 100 hoops throughout the Demo Expert campaign path. The catch is that only the first trip through a hoop per level attempt counts towards the achievement. In short, if the word "HOOP" pops up on the screen and awards you bonus points, it counted towards the achievement, but shooting a cabin through that same hoop again without retrying the level won't count.
Easiest and earliest level to get this on is the second level in the first series. Level is called Usurped Utopia. Set your power to level 6 and use the thrusters on your cabins to ensure they fly through the hoops without hitting the ring and knocking them down. Once you've gone through all 3 hoops, press
