It's worth noting that getting perfect is not just from boost sections of track, but also landing jumps and correctly timing your start. All you need is a track that allows for 10 opportunities to get a perfect rating.
Personally I got this from Series 2 "The Gap" and felt it was one of the easiest to get the timing spot-on. The achievement will pop about halfway through the second lap, layout as follows:
Start - spiral - loop - spiral - spiral - side loop - jump - (lap 2) - spiral - loop - spiral
Also, make sure to slow down coming down the hill into the 2nd lap, the first few turns are very tight.
