This trophy is called "See the truth for yourselves.," and it's an unmissable story based Trophy which requires you complete a True Mission.

Upon completion of Directory 1C's Break Mission, Sanc Kingdom's Collapse, you will unlock your first True Mission. This will be in Directory 1A, and is titled Ramba Ral's Attack.

This is the same map from the very first mission, The Threat of Zeon, but it has some side paths to go to for some extra Credits and parts.

Mission Rundown:

This will be describing how to grab the orange crates in the mission. If you want to complete the mission, just head for the on-screen marker to White Base, then go to the last paragraph for my comments on the boss fight.

At the start of the mission, advance forward and to the right of the forked path, you'll find a Zaku II, some Zaku Tanks, and a Zaku Cannon. Defeat them and advance a little forward to spawn some more enemies. When they're defeated, turn around to find an orange crate amongst the plane wreckage where the Zaku Tanks were sitting before. If you head down the left path of the fork, a Zaku II will spawn on a ledge in front of you. Continue down the path on the left to spawn another Zaku II and Zaku Cannon. Defeat them and head to the end of this valley to find a sand incline you can jump up to the left cliff. You'll see an enemy dot on the minimap, and it will be a Zaku Tank. Defeating it spawns another orange crate for goodies. Jump across the valley you walked through to the other side of the cliff and go around the left side of the rocks to your right. A few more Zaku II's will be here overlooking the valley that was just beyond the first enemies you fought. There is an orange crate on the side you're on if you head back toward the area where the first enemies were defeated. You might have spotted it earlier when I mentioned to advance forward for that very first orange crate. Defeat all the enemies here and head south-east on the minimap to another path away from White Base (6:20 in my video below). Round the corner and another Zaku II and Cannon will jump down from above. On the corner you just rounded, there's a sandy incline to climb. Go up and head toward White Base to find one lone Zaku II on a ledge to your right. Defeat it to have another orange chest spawn right above. Now, head to White Base to find one more orange chest behind it against the cliff.

Once at White Base, there will be some Zaku II's here. Defeat them and two more jump down from the cliff above. Defeat them and another two will appear, and then a pair of Zaku Tanks after those two are defeated. With the tanks gone, a break occurs and Ramba Ral finally appears. Defeat his Zaku II partners first to free up the attention of your partners. Ramba Ral's Gouf has a few attacks, the worst being the heat rod (whip) which essentially stuns you for a good bit of damage. He also has a rapid fire machine gun attack from his left hand and a sword attack. The sword attack comes as a fast dash as well as a combo if you're in his immediate vicinity. My suggestion, as with the Epyon in another solution, is to keep your distance for the most part and utilize your subweapons while he's attacking your partners. This should help prevent him from targeting you. If you've gotten good at countering, just go all out with melee attacks while sidestepping his whip and melee attacks. Either way, grab all the loot upon his defeat and the trophy will unlock when the clear screen appears.
