To perform a neutral chain breaker, you must have half of the skill meter full, then press the X and A buttons at the same time to activate. The words ‘chain breaker’ will appear on screen. You must not be getting attacked to perform a neutral chain breaker, and when done, will fully restore your boost and guard meters.
