Once the Chaos Missions unlocks at the end of the game, to unlock this achievement, you have to complete them all.
When a Chaos mission is complete at least once, it will have a star. This is how you know which chaos missions are done or not.

For those struggling on level 3c, you do not need to defeat the aces. Just play the level normally and defeat big zam

the game tracks the difficulty separately, does completing the same mission on normal and hard count as 2 for this?
