You unlock Chaos missions after beating Directory 4. There are "limited" meaning free time missions so make sure you try to do them once they show up. You have 3 missions to finish it before it disappears.
You can spends Revision keys to replay missions but can cost a few to a lot depending on the mission.

you can use Revision Keys to play them at any time.. @LSK ArcAziel should have said that the "limited time" he is referring to is to just play a certain chaos mission for "free"
