Found on level 4 The Abyss. One of the very first fish you will see but you will see at least 3 or 4 of these along the linear path and all you need to do is snap a 3 star picture and VOILA! 10G richer! Also you do not need to play the level a bunch of times for this to appear it will appear right off the bat on your first run.
