You will find this fish on the volcano level. He is a long medium sized slow moving grey fish He randomly appears throughout the level.
I was having problems getting him to appear so I waited till after 8 pm and played and he appeared. So if you are having problems with him appearing wait until after 8 pm and you should get him.

Mine appeared after my third time of doing the level came about 30 seconds in came swimming right up to me so didn't need to hunt. It a grey/black colour long fish. Achievement pops up straight away so know if its correct fish. :-)
