At the end of Chapter 10 when you have melted all the Ice-bouys and swim up to Jack/Wolf without fur the achievement will pop.

At the end of Chapter 10, you will have to fight a boss. You defeat it by stealing shards from the smaller enemies circling it, then using the shard to melt giant ice blocks. Once all the blocks of ice are melted, run up to the monster to start a cutscene then the trophy will pop.
