You have to lead the shadows away from the doorways while not getting hit three times in a row (you heal from hits if you wait a moment away from shadows) or running into other hazards. Later, when there are lots of the shadows, you have to make bright areas with the flare (marked by flashing ceiling lights) and lure them into it. There are also jumping areas. In the dark area with the shelves, try to stay away from the red eyes. If the screen starts going fuzzy, you are getting too close to one. The shelves are hard to see sometimes, but still try to hug them.

In Chapter 3 you will come across a dark section where you have to dodge bullies through a maze. Use your flares to slowly light up the passage. Once you reach the end of the maze and walk outside where it’s brighter, a cutscene will start. Once the cutscene ends, this trophy will pop.
