Upon starting the game you will be given the option of completing a tutorial to get you up to speed with rallying (if you don't select it when you start, it can be accessed later through the Garage menu). After learning how to Accelerate and Brake, you'll be taken to a short track made out of cones and tyre stacks. Simply complete three laps of this track and this trophy will unlock.

The tutorial is the first thing you see in the game. Follow the instructions and complete three laps on the asphalt Test Track. Time doesn't matter. You can find the tutorial under the "Garage" section in the main menu if you skip the tutorial after starting the game for the first time.
