An extraction point becomes available once you've completed all objectives for a mission. You'll be given an audio cue when it's time, and the extraction points will show on your map in orange. Head to one of the points and use the radio to initiate the extraction sequence. You'll have a couple of minutes to defend yourself while you wait for the ship to arrive, defending against waves of dinosaurs.
When extracting, ensure that you're being swarmed by Raptors (playing on normal will help). Head to the back of the ship when entering and you're pretty much guaranteed to have a Raptor follow you in. Just be sure not to kill everything too quickly before extracting.

okk but like how do i extract, theres no waypoint no extraction zone.... this game doesnt explain how to do anything and theres no tutorial mode

Managed to get this while going for I Don't Bleed in Free Roam.
Dropped into the Harbor point and when the Extraction became available, I called it in.
Stood my ground til I had about 5 seconds left and was overwhelmed by raptors.
Respawned and dropped right back to the Harbor (which had a dropship waiting for me).
Ran onboard and a raptor followed me in.
BOOM... "A New Pet" and "I Don't Bleed" at the same time.
