Quite easy. Be sure the drop is out of cooldown then look for some optional event like "clear burrows" or "gas the tunnels" where you have a lot of small fry spawning in. If you have a tank it's easy to draw a bunch of small dinos together. Call drop close to you, the splash damage will throw you to the ground but not damage you (don't stand exactly on the red circle but a meter away or so). The pod will smash the small fry. Just rinse and repeat. This cheevo will also come while just playing as you will definitely call in resupply while fighting and something dies almost every time. Obviously easier in coop, since more dinos spawn and can be drawn together quite easy.

Another easy way to do this is to load into free roam in a low level threat area, immediately call for extraction, and while you’re waiting for the drop ship to come and get you, back yourself into one of the corners on the platform by the railing.
Plenty of raptors will spawn and come and try to attack you in your corner. Wait a few seconds for them to bunch up and call your supply drop down on top of them. Might take a handful of tries to get the 20 kills needed, but it’s a very easy, low-risk method of getting them.

This one can actually be achieved much easier than previously thought. Whether it is intentional or accidental given the dev team has mostly stopped regularly updating the game since December, could be changed in the full release.
Anyway, instead of relying on drop damage and timing to achieve the 20 kill requirement, simply use the Auto-Turret found in the equipment options. You can swap this out instead of the normal ammo/equipment drop but it functions the same way, falling from orbit after you call for it.
All kills the auto-turret achieves during the active duration count as supply drop kills. This even works in relation to the "Precision Strike" achievement asking you to kill a T-Rex using a supply drop.
Obviously this is MUCH easier than the previous methods and 20 kills is attainable in 2-3 deployments easily. The auto-turret has a fairly quick cooldown so this can be achieved within a single mission.
