How to unlock the Fear Nothing achievement in Secret Neighbor - Definitive Guide
One way which worked for me and some friends:
Based on the encourage achievement, which doesnt save your progress if you close the game, the achievement might work vice versa. If you saw the neighbour in one game, all other games afterwards will not pop the achievement. So close the game and restart it. When you see the neighbour just quit your game and try again. If you play at least with one friend, who gets the neighbour role, you can go straight for the achievement. Simply dont turn into the neighbour and dont use any gates or hidden doors. Collect all the keys, open the basement door and pop the achievement.

Must be in Quick play.
As a kid, win a match by escaping and not having seen the neighbor once.
I did this after 20-30 times doing it successfully with the achievement not popping. Finally it did pop with one difference, assuming it isn't bugged of course. I was the last person through the door. In my prior attempts I was usually the first if not right behind the first kid through the door. This would cause me to have to spectate the other players, including the neighbor. I think for some reason the game was counting this as me seeing the neighbor. Hope this helps, if anyone else can confirm my theory is correct it would be great,

I was able to just get this for a friend and I think this is how we did it. I was the neighbor and when we spawned in he ran away and I waited until he was nowhere near me. I then transformed and made sure that other kids saw me and I captured all but my friend. Then I transformed back into a kid (I was the bagger, don't know if that helps) and hid under the stairs in the main room and shut the door. My friend then opened the basement and went through as the last kid and it popped for him. I really hope this helps as the achievement seems either very buggy or very particular. Good luck!!!
This achievement is glitched. I unlocked it when i died by neighbour and we didn't win... :D
Otherwise you should hide and hope that other children will win.
