While generally you have to be very carefull and memorize the turret's position, keep in mind that when you are close to a turret the camera that is on it turns red. If you go backwards quick enough then the turret camera will turn to yellow and wil not shoot at you. Remember that turrets do not shoot imideatelly which gives you time to step away of their shooting range

And if you get hit by a turret reload last checkpoint and try again it won't count as a hit. (I did it on collateral damage)

I found it easiest to do this on Urban Legend since it only has 7 cameras

Start a new game and Mission Select the Urban Legend level. This level only has seven turrets.
