How to unlock the Collateral Damage achievement in Secret Service - Definitive Guide
Besides the fact this is done through normal gameplay, let me give you a couple hints on this level. This was a very frustrating level for me, but here's some things to make it easier.
1. In the dark tunnels (after hacking the computer), you'll see 2 tripwires right at your feet, stay to the left of them and go by. Don't shoot any of these. Stay crouched and attached to the left wall (you'll see one to the left and one to your head) - there are 2 to get past, same when you round the corner, except they are on the right side.
2. Towards the end of the level (where the last 2 cameras are), stay out of sight of the cameras and fight off all the enemies you can before taking on the cameras. I found the CAWS 50 to be the weapon of choice since these guys go down relatively quickly from this weapon.
3. (Adding to point 2) Stay on the left side, and at minimum take out the trip on the 4th pole. It's about head level, and you'll need to run through this in a hurry - time is of the essence.
4. When the door opens to the computer room, kill the 3 guys and get back to the computer room where you hacked the last computer pronto. Don't wait for anyone to tell you, you're wasting a lot of valuable time.
5. Once you get back to the computer room, you'll have 3 or 4 enemies waiting for you at the base of the stairs. Once you finish them off, quickly get down the stairs and there will be 3 or 4 more towards the entrance.
6. The computer to hack isn't the one you did the first time, it's against the wall on the opposite side of the room (ground floor). If you were to look left, you would see the entrance to the room (where you came in the first time).
7. If you fail (and have had some extra time before BOOM), you can actually fail to hack the computer and then try again. I did it the second time. My assumption is that if you fail and the clock runs out, you have to do it all again.
Hopefully, these tips help. This was a serious pain of a level for me.

just to tell you the next savepoint is when you succesfully hack the computer and return back to where you came from , took an hour of messing with the stupid hacking minigame which really starts to annoy me at this point in the game

Those were insanely annoying, to say the least. The best part of the game for me was ending it, and getting time back in my life. :)
