You can do this one on the second level - just don't use your left trigger thru out the level.

Attempt this achievement on the Coup D'etat level. Make sure you don't press 
to bring up your gun sights and you will unlock the achievement once you finish the level.
You can also get the "Bow To No One!" achievement on the Coup D'etat level by never using the 
button.
