I can confirm this works.

The easiest way to complete this achievement is to play thru on POTUS difficulty (the difficulty achieves are stackable) and as soon as you die - immediatley hit the xbox button and go to the dashboard. Then reload the game. This will not count against you as a death.

Alright guys anyone going after this achievement should know a few things. I was able to easily obtain my achievement by quitting out immediately anytime that I died. Now you will definitely die at least a couple times as this game tries to find a way to screw you over. Just make sure you are ready to hit the Guide Button, Y, Up, then A (Dashboarding).

Now to make this tremendously easier as soon as you die just hit the pause button. Because what counts as a death is where it pops up and ask you what you would like to do (Load Checkpoint, Restart Level, Quit), thus saving your death. This worked perfectly for me and I thought for certain I was not getting the achievement, so I can confirm it works. So just pause it and exit to the Dashboard quickly to be safe.

Now what counts as a death you ask? Anything that actually kills you and causes your camera to fall to the ground. So anytime you are trying to hack a bomb (majority at the beginning) make sure you are ready to Dashboard if you fail. If you fail a random hack that does not result in a explosion, clock running out etc, you are fine. Also make sure that if you die during the "Marine One" helicopter mission to quite out. As I would put all my money on this also counts as a death but can not confirm.
