This isn't too hard, just take your time, don't run and run, use the lean. If you happen to die, quickly hit the guide button and exit to the console. Then reenter your game and hit continue, this way you won't have to restart from the beginning...

Just try the very first level and kill every terrorist carefully. It is not so difficult. Just watch out the soldiers with the rpgs as if they shoot you directly they can kill you. If you die just try again starting from the beginning. The first level will take you less than 10 minutes to do. I did it in my first attempt.

You can achieve this on the first or second level,
I prefer the second level, there is a lot less terrorists on that level. Just take your time with the bomb and you'll be fine. Crouch and lean when you go around corners.

The Inaugural Assault level is the best place to do this.
Take your time, go slow, memorize your enemy locations, and always go for headshots.
