Work your way through the level taking out agents using your taser. You can use other weapons, but you won't be able to unlock the achievement for finishing the game without killing any agents if you do. Make sure you also blow up all of the laser wires as well for another achievement.
One area I got a little confused was where you drop into an area and need to go into a hallway covered by an electric fence. Climb the stairs and jump onto the ducts to get over the fence!
