On the Rogue Agent level, just after you trip the first laser (where Doyle mentions calling a cab) an alarm sounds.
(EDIT : According to Fafhrdd the name of this level is 'Urban Legend', NOT 'Rogue Agent'. I don't have the game anymore, plus I have the memory of a goldfish(!) so I can't confirm that...)
Kill all the guys on the ground floor, then look high for a camera on the wall. Shoot this, and keep shooting just behind it at the metal platform with a couple of guys on it. There must be a tripwire bomb there, because the platform and the guys blow up, and the achievement unlocks. Well, at least it did for me, anyway.

I can confirm this works, and with NW goggles you can even see the laser. The bomb is on the far right from the position BadBoyBungle gave. Just make sure you dont kill the dude on the platform by accident.

Wrong level. The level you are describing is Urban Legend and not Rogue Agent... Doyle does not even mention calling a cab in the Rogue Agent level.

Start a new game and Mission Select to Urban Legend. In the first dark hallway with the trip wires you will be shot at by Sentavans, shoot one trip wire while an enemy is close by, the ensuing explosion will earn you the achievement.
