I got this at the start of Collateral Damage (by pure luck).
Shoot the two turrets, then drop down from the start and progress forward, turning left at the only open door further down the corridor.
I then went left, heading towards the stairs, and accidentally set off everything! Blamo, one dead me, and one acheivement unlocked!
I appreciate this might have been a fluke, but thought I would post it anyway, in case it works for you too!

Start a new game and Mission Select to Urban Legend. Simply walk into 5 trips to get the achievement.
Since you will die each time, do not go for this achievement if you're going for the "Gives Instead Of Takes Bullets" achievement.
