How to unlock the 32 Pieces of Flair achievement in Section 8: Prejudice - Definitive Guide
This achievement is straightforward, but it is time-consuming and you will need to keep tabs on your progress along the way. You can track your badges under the DROPSHIP section of the Main Menu (you only need the top group of badges for this achievement). Every badge tells you what you need to acquire it.
Even though there's no party system in Section 8, you can still play ranked games with your friends and help each other work on this achievement and others (you will need a min of 4 people). Have Player A go into Conquest, Custom Match, and hit X to Create Lobby. Select Ranked Game, Bots Medium (more XP but still pretty easy), 16 people (could do 12 to make it easier to do DCMs, but 16 is still easy enough and there's more bots to slay), and Public (need it to count as ranked). Coordinate with your friends/party for them all to hit their guide button and find Player A's gamer card. As soon as he creates the lobby, everyone can join his session in progress. The end result is your own ranked lobby full of mediocre bots that count as ranked kills, badges earned count towards this achievement, and you can switch teams by hitting Y in the loadout screen as needed. You must maintain at least 4 players at all times or it will not count as ranked.
I won't detail all of the badge requirements since several are no-brainers (i.e.- Deploy 3 sensor arrays in a Game). Work together with the opposing team on everything especially the repairs, auto-repairs, 8 kills with equipment, and Destroy 8 Minigun/Missile turrets. Most of the killing badges can easily be done off bots. Find a quiet spot on the map and spawn a sensor array right next to a supply depot. Have your friend/opponent keep shooting the sensor array to pick up auto-repairs off the supply depot (he may want his own supply depot nearby so he has enough ammo). Then get the repairs by healing your supply depot as your opponent shoots it. Another easy and helpful way of getting repairs is having an opponent destroy the missile turret and miniguns from your base, and then repair them right back. You get your repairs, he gets to destroy 8 turrets. Getting 8 equipment kills are a piece of cake with a buddy- loadout a knife and drop into an obscure and quiet place on the map. After each death, free spawn right back over your dead body ready to get stabbed again. It should take less than 2 minutes for both of you to get it.
Offense kills are when you are at the enemy base and standing within the circle to hack the controls. The person dying can be inside or outside the circle, but the killer going for offense kills should be standing within the circle. Defense kills are at your base, you can be standing anywhere, but the person you're killing should be standing inside your "hack circle" to count as defense kills. If they start the hack sequence and then you kill them before it finishes, it counts as Denied. Again, it easiest to partner up with someone on the other team for both of these.
The DCMs (Dynamic Combat Missions) are going to be the most difficult to acquire since you can only earn the badge when that mission comes up for your team (NOTE: you can increase/decrease the likelihood of seeing certain missions in the DROPSHIP menu under DCMs). Here's some of the trickier ones:
Sensor Jammer: in order to get this, the enemy team must hack the sensor jammer, and then YOU hack it back and hold it until time runs out. If a bot or someone other than you hacks it before you can, allow the enemy to hack it once again, and then re-hack and hold out till time expires. Calling in your own AA turret right next to the sensor jammer will help keep the bots from dropping directly onto the sensor jammer, but it is definitely difficult even with friendly support. UPDATE: "Armored Shrike6" points out that this can also be done when the enemy activates the sensor jammer mission, and then you hack and hold it.
Airstrike: you need to run out and acquire the missile marker (usually in enemy territory), and then run it back to the marker at your base. NOTE: If either team messes around with hacking base controls during this mission, it will flip which base the missile marker and base detonation marker are located. Have your friends (on both teams) destroy any bots that pick up the marker, and once you have it, overdrive through everything back home.
Destroy Convoy/Destroy Outpost/Kill VIP/Kill Infiltrator: you must be the one responsible for taking the last bit of life from each of these in order to unlock the corresponding badge. All of these "enemies" have a ton of health, and your whole team (bots especially- they go crazy for all DCM items) will be thrashing on them for a minute or two before they're ready to die. If you want the badge, make sure to set yourself up at the last little bit of health so you can hit it with a flurry of mortars/grenades/missiles/detpacks or whatever your preference and ensure you're the one getting credit for the kill.
As long as you keep creating your own ranked lobby and playing with friends, it's just a matter of time till you get all the DCMs you need and ultimately this achievement. Fortunately, this game is fun and you need all the XP you can get to reach rank 50. Keep checking the DROPSHIP to see what badges you have remaining and be aware that the server does not immediately update your badges, so you won't always see the most up-to-date version of your service record.
Don't be afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements; I'm happy to keep this solution updated. Good luck!

2 things wrong with this guide to be frank....offensive kills can be made away from the base by sniping into the their base. They do have to be somewhat close to the CP terminal but not exactly10 feet from it. and the jammer one can be done by hacking the enemy one as well. Other than that good guide.

Yeah, I know my offense/defensive kill description is stricter than necessary, but if you get the kills the way I recommend, they'll definitely count toward each objective. There's some ambiguity with offense/defense kills, but player proximity to the CP seems to be the crucial factor.

This isn't a solution - but more of much needed help. It may help to keep this list in front of you as you play so you can know which badges to go for. Just typed this up quickly at lunch - couldn't find it anywhere else online... Enjoy!
NOTE: I didn't bother with putting the XP value since everything is 30 and below... Also note to win a badge everything must be done in a single match - these are not cumulative... (duh)

The 'Distinguished Service' badge requires you to finish in the top 3 scores on a game of 12+ people - do these have to be actual players or can some of the 12 be made up with bots?

NOT SURE

No longer possible to be earned due to server closure.
To earn this trophy you must obtain each of the 32 badges in ranked matches online. Badges are a little harder to get then feats, but they can be boosted. Badge guide located here.
