How to unlock the Loud Cartographer achievement in Section 8: Prejudice - Definitive Guide
There are four maps you'll need to win on in order to get this achievement. They are:
*Zephyr
*Prometheus
*Whiteout
*Eden
You can win on any variation of the map as long as you win on it at least once.
In order to ensure victory, take part in each and every DCM your team or the enemy activates. While you won't get as many points from countering an enemy DCM as you would from completing one of your own, you'll still deny them the completion bonus and keep them farther away from victory.
When there are no DCMs going on, focus on harassing enemy Control Points by hacking them constantly. If you're clever, you can focus all of their attention on defusing CPs right as a DCM starts, thereby distracting them and making your the DCM that much easier.
This achievement should definitely come with natural progression, however, especially if you're planning on getting the "Like a Boss" and "32 Piece of Flair" achievements, so don't stress about unlocking it if you plan to complete the game. As long as you play enough, you shouldn't need to worry about this at all.
NOTE: You do NOT need to win on any of the DLC maps to earn this achievement. They're not greedy; they have their own respective achievements. You only need to win on the 'shipped' or original four maps.

This is glitched for me I think. I had won a ranked match on 3 of the maps before but today I won on every one and it still has not unlocked any suggestions?

Are you sure you didn't get one or more of those wins on the core maps? You may have some of the wins on the map pack maps which aren't required for the achievement.

No longer possible to be earned due to server closure.
There are only 4 map groups for conquest (out of 6 if you have the overdrive map pack) and each map group has a set amount of maps related to it. For instance, Eden has two maps related to Eden, which are Eden – East and Eden – West. So you would simply on have to win on Eden – East or Eden – West, not both to count for the trophy. The four map groups are: Zephyr, Eden, Prometheus, and Whiteout.
