this is fairly straightfoward, just destroy 10 of those items in a ranked match (it doesnt have to be in one game). just stay out of the main battle and use a rocket launcher to destroy the little satellite dishes. but it is best to do this on arrays that are part of the actual base, because of the little probes that automatically heal the "buildings". after doing this 10 times you have the acheivement

Just destroy 10 enemy sensors in ranked matches and this will unlock. You could boost it with getting a friend to drop them, but this isn't too hard.

Destroy 10 accumulative in ranked matches. If boosting have the other team heal the sensor arrays quickly, and do this in combination with your Shroud, Clear Skies and Circumvent Defenses badges.
