As I see it there are two main ways to get this Achievement, the first is to just play the Multiplayer. If you're going for the level 50 achievement this should come naturally. Destroy convoys, blow up enemy tanks and heavy armour. You know the drill by now.

However, if you just want to get the achievement out of the way there is a much faster way. First, you need to have at least finished the Blackstone Marsh mission of the campaign. Now, start that mission again, on easy preferably. Play the mission as normal until after you hack the heavy armour. You can use that armour or ignore it, either way skip the fight at the half way point and just run for the Ammo Facility (the final objective).

When you arrive you'll get a checkpoint and supply depots will be dropped in for you. If you don't already have det packs and a rocket launcher get them now. You'll fight two Heavy armours and a single enemy tank. On easy, it's not bad at all. Kill the three and then exit to the main menu. Go back to the campaign screen and hit resume, you'll be put right at the start of the checkpoint. Use your requisition to call in a Supply Depot and kill those tanks again. Rinse and repeat until the achievement unlocks.

The only problem is that your two AI team mates love to steal your vehicle kills. Hopefully the enemy infantry swarm will keep them busy, either way you'll get the achievement in no time compared to hunting tanks in the Multi.
