Level: "Land's End" (with the FOUR zones to capture)
Go for the one at the upper right.
Quickly get up 20 points..
Run in, with rocket launcher (might be quicker..) and blow up the AA Turret.
when you die, run back in and set landing zone of the Sensor Array next to the CP. and just leave it at that.
happened first time for me, but if by chance your team takes over the base during the time, you'll have plenty of opportunities during the game to keep retrying.

Anohter thing to note is that sometimes drops fail in the other teams area so its good to spam a ton of sensor arrays within the capture point area, simpley save up some money and land 3 in the same general area, one should hit the ground.

Get as close as you can to an enemy control point and deploy a sensory array. A good place would be somewhere out of sight, like on top of a building or behind some crates. As soon as your sensor lands, the achievement will unlock.

Have the other team capture a CP, then destroy their AA turret and order the deployment of a sensor array as close to the CP as possible.
