Easier than it sounds. I first recommend playing through the level on easy to get a feel for the location of the AA terminals you have to hack that will save you some serious time. Next once you have elimanted all the people in the base it will ask you to order in a tank. As soon as you do start running for the missle silo and don't stop until you reach the terminal. Once there hack the terminal then enter the inside warhouse and move to the black pipes in the back. Once at them goto the ones dirrectly in line with the terminal jump onto and camp it. I recommend using the kit they start you out with, it will shread the infantrys health in no time.

Does this work through instant action? Or how do you choose this mission specifically?

Level 3 of the Campaign. Go to Corde's story and choose to start a new game, Then level select.

This really isn't too hard if you know what you're doing. I'd recommend playing through the entire game on hard so you know what you are doing and have an easier time with this achievement. However, this is not recommended and you can do this right away once reaching Mission 3 if you wish.
Follow the video the best you can. The key here is to get your tank as fast as you can. Hack the terminals and try not to get attention on yourself. The real problem with this is dying by the enemies, so if they're focused on your team, then just let them fight it out. Your main focus should be speed running to each terminal to hack them. There is 1 big terminal to hack then 6 smaller ones.
Once those are all hacked, you will have to wait or kill off a few enemies to get your tank. I recommend going to the location he goes to after hacking the final terminal. I sat up here and killed ALL enemies. It's important to kill them all off and quickly. This way your team will move up with you and give you covering fire. I had the last enemy killed right as I was able to call in a tank.
Now you want to stop watching the video, as the person uses the tank and does not show the final part. It's false what the video says about "The achievement should pop once you hack the Missile Silo". You must also capture it.
Once you call your tank down, don't wait for it to drop down. Make a sprint towards the base marked on your map and enter through the left entrance and into the building. This will allow you to make it to the missile silo without being detected by many enemies. Hack it and stay on whatever side the enemies are not on. Now once this begins to hack, go back into the warehouse and hide behind the black objects in the back. Use your detonation bombs and repair if your health drops. Kill anything and anyone that gets near the missile silo to stop the hack. If you're lucky, you will get this on your first try without dealing with a lot of enemies. You know why? Because you killed the enemies off earlier like I told you, so now these enemies are focused on your team mates which are now with you.

This is the Third mission in the campaign. Here's How I completed it:
- Run straight for the fight control point. As long as you finish hacking it, they enemy will not re-capture it.
- Hack the 5 terminals to activate the AA turrets, then kill any remaining enemy's around.
- Once you get the checkpoint, deploy a tank. As soon as your tank lands, disregard it and run straight for the missile silo.
- Run in the side door closest to you and hack the control point. There shouldn't be any enemy's around. But same as before, as long as you hack it, they will not re-capture it.
As soon as you finish hacking the silo control point, if you have done it under 8 minutes, the achievement will unlock. Remember this has to be done on hard difficulty.
Conceptfly
I did this one naturally during my first play-through of the campaign. As with all of the other missions, just run as soon as possible to the next place you are supposed to be without worrying about killing anyone unnecessarily. Run, hack, run, hack.
