There are a total of 32 badges, earn 5 of the to unlock this achievement. This will come natural by playing ranked matches. If not grab a couple of boosting buddies!

The badges are:

COMBAT BADGES
Specialist - Kill 8 players with equipment
Point Offense - Get 8 Attacks
Armor Combat - Kill 8 players with the heavy armour
Infantry Combat - Kill 20 players
Anti-Vehicular Combat - Destroy 3 vehicles
Retaliation - Get 4 Avenges
Tank Combat - Kill 8 players with a tank
Marksman - Kill 15 players with non-vehicle weapons

CONQUEST BADGES:
Objective Support - Assist in the capture of 4 control points
Conquer - Capture 4 control points
Enduring Service - Complete a game (must have been in 30% of the game)
Distinguished Service - Finish at least 3rd place wih 12 or more players
Guardian - Protect friendly control points with 8 Defenses or Denials
Sapper - Hack 8 control points
Honorable Service - Finish a game with the highest teamwork score of your team
Battlefield Victory - Win a game with your team (must be in 30% of game)

MISSION BADGES:
Ordinance Disposal - Defuse the bomb in a DCM
Demolition - Successfully plant and detonate the bomb in a DCM
Special Ops - Kill the Commando in a DCM
Interception - Destroy the Convoy in a DCM
Espionage - Capture the intelligence in a DCM
Counter-Espionage - Retrieve the intelligence in a DCM
Outpost Raze - Destroy the outpost in a DCM
Assassination - Kill the VIP in a DCM

TACTICS BADGES:
Intelligence Network - Deploy 4 Sensor Arrays
Clear Skies - Destroy 4 Anti-Air Turrets
Shroud - Destroy 4 Sensor Arrays
Circumvent Defenses - Destroy 8 Minigun or Rocket Turrets
Medic - Get 16 Repairs
Squad Tactics - Get 8 Kill Assists with your squadmates
Supplier - Deploy 4 Supply Depots
