Use a loadout with det packs. Simply head to one of the control points (I used the one by the tracks), capture it, and plant all five det packs on the CP. Hide out until the enemy swarms the CP...and Boom Goes the Dynamite.

Now this is what you do. Start the match and set up your class with the two weapons you want to go for and also select det packs. Deploy yourself near the base at the east side. (one with the railroad tracks).
Once here you will notice two small buildings on either side of the control point that you hack to take control. You will use the building to the north part of this base. Each building has three entry points. Now that you have located the building get inside. Once the enemy has taken the control point they will start coming for you in the building. Set up all the DET packs at one or multiple door ways. Once three enemies are near the building or inside detonate them. With trial and error you will get this in no time. Now once you get that achievement you can now go for either weapon kills or the deployment kill.
To get the deployment kill go to the same building and get around $50 dollars by killing the enemy. Once you have $50 set up two deployments (Sensor Satellite) on the south door right next to each other. The reason you do 2 of them is because the first will almost always fail. Enemies come in through the south door non stop so you should get this in no time.
Finally after you have got the weapon kills, deployment kill and det kills now you will destroy 30 turrets. there are two turrets at this base that I destroyed in between my deaths from getting my weapon kills. Just spawn near the east base and keep destroying the turrets. Wait for them to recover and then destroy again.

Easily done boosting with 4 other people in a private match. Just meet up and use the remote charges (select them with 
, us 
to throw them and 
to detonate them). You need 3 people on one team and 2 on the other then swap back and forth until everyone has the achievement. If you want to do it legit, trying planting remote charges all over a control point and detonate them when 3 enemies are close to it. It's much harder than it sounds though.
Conceptfly
The easiest way to get this is using det packs. Using all five at once still counts for this. It is very easy to boost, even when you only have four total boosters. At some point there will be a random player that joins your game. When this happens simply have one person on the random’s team and all three others on the second team. Have them all stand still while you throw all five det packs on them. After that player gets it you can have the next player join the random’s team, while the original player joins the other two (by going to spectator mode, then after a few seconds join).
