This one is simple. First start a Instant Action match with the mode set to "No Bots." Then burn into any map and take a control point, right after you have control of that point go to the teams tab in your menu. Switch teams and burn right next to the base you have just captured. Then start to destroy all of the turrets (AA, Minigun, and Rocket turrets), the sensor array, and dont forget about the supply depot. As soon as they are all destroyed quickly get to the control point and capture it. As soon as you are done hacking the CP, you may want to quickly go back and make sure all of the structures are still destroyed and that they arent close to being repaired by the repair drones. And when the CP falls under your control the achievement is yours!

Blackstone Marsh: West is a good map for this as there are only 3 turrets and the supply depot to destroy and they can be seen from the roof and be destroyed with the rocket launcher. Then just drop down and take the CP.

This can be done in ranked or private matches. Just destroy everything at one of the bases (AA turret, missile launcher, etc) before capturing it. It must be captured by the opposing team first, IE: you can not do this at the beginning of a match while the base is still neutral.
