How to unlock the We Have Won achievement in Section 8 - Definitive Guide

Since 1km is 1000Meters That is 280 000 Meters

One Map that I think would help is, Edge of Oasis since it is a straight Run and Back

I think its atleast 280-290 Runs of the Map

Specs for The Match:
Easy

Also Build a class with increase Run ( Over Drive)

Interesting note, I actually picked up the controller and ran the last 17 Kilometers of this achievement a few minutes ago. Firstly, I'm wrong, it's about a minute and a half to two minutes per Kilometer. Ugh.

But here's the interesting part, you seem to earn requisition, xp, money whatever you want to call it for traveling. At the rate of 5 per half kilometer. So if you want to know how far you have gone that will give you a very rough estimate. It's rough however because it seems to count even when you're not Overdriving such as when Overdrive is recharging. Or I'm completely wrong and it just synched up for my last 17 Kilometers... I dunno. I'm a bit addled by lack of sleep.

Good guide, it works like a charm. But, you're really better off with two pieces of Duct Tape or some Rubber Bands and an open area on the map. Set it to running in a circle and put on a movie or three... I'd estimate you get about a kilometer a minute, maybe a tiny bit less so sit back and read a book. Just be sure to tap the B button once in a while, doesn't do anything and will keep your controller from going idle.

Here's how I unlocked it.

Set up an Instant Action game, no bots, on any large map - I was using Blackmarsh. No bots means the game will not end. Also make sure you've got Overdrive on automatic in the game settings.

Find yourself a nice open space - use one elastic band to pull the right stick up and click to start Overdrive. Use another elastic band on the left stick to pull it left or right so your character runs around in a circle. (your sticks might be the other way round depending on your settings)

And wait.

I timed this at 26km per hour initially, although I left my Xbox on overnight at 100km using this method and 7 hours later had only run an extra 146km so it may be dependent on how wide a circle your running in.

Either way expect to Overdrive for at least 15 hours to unlock this. You'll be lucky to get 40-50km playing through the legit.

This is essentially what I did - Just to clarify a few points.

Put 4 passives modules into Polarity Charger as this will give you an extra 5% run speed. It's only 5% but over the course of the achievement it's 14KM you won't have to run.

I found the South-East corner of Blackstone Marsh to be free of obstacles.

For the analogue sticks, you want to rubber band your joypad so you are running forward and turning to either side at the same time. Then click the analogue stick to initiate Overdrive and go do something else. From the description above it sounds like HWNDarkside moves with his right analogue and left with his left so bare this in mind.

Just want to say thanks for this method. I used Edge Of Oasis in the bottom right or left corner of the map. However, most of the map is open so anywhere will work.

Not sure on the time it took as I left it on overnight and woke up to some tasty TA score!

Getting this achievement requires running in the "overdrive" sprint mode for 280 kilometers. After sprinting for 5 seconds, the overdrive mode becomes available and your character will go into a full dash where they're unable to use any weapons or equipment. To complete it the easy but lengthy way, you will need a play and charge kit ($20), a rubberband, and book that weighs at least 3 kilograms.

Select Instant Action from the main menu, set up a game on Blackstone Marsh (the large map with 4 capture points), and set the mode to No Bots. The remainder of the options have no impact so their settings are not important.

Now start the game. Before you insert onto the map, set up a custom class in one of the slots to maximize the Polarity Charger passive perk, which will allow you to cover 20% more distance while in overdrive. After inserting and landing on the map, pause the game and select Settings, then Controls. Make certain Automatic Overdrive is on, otherwise you will be required to manually hit the A button to engage overdrive each time which defeats the "set it and forget it" method.

Move near the center of the map between all four capture points and find an area devoid of obstacles like trees and rocks -- you only need an area about 5 meters square and it doesn't even need to be level. Rubberband the right stick on your controller as far left or right as it can go, then set the controller on a table. Set the book on top of the controller in such a way that the left stick is pushed as close to perfectly forward as possible, then push down lightly on the book until the stick clicks. The only way points are earned in Section 8 is by holding capture points and killing players, so if you don't capture any points, the game will never end and give you the opportunity to make yourself dizzy all day.

This process from zero kilometers takes just under 10 hours, so I recommend you do this while sleeping over a day or two. I personally picked up 200km in 7 hours which means one overdrive sprint normally covers 250 meters, 300 meters with the polarity charger maxed out.

For a Campaign variation, try playing Edge of Oasis on Easy. Clear out all of the Arm until you hit the point where you have to link up with the convoy. Then, perform you preferred method of farming. I simply performed several runs up and down, logging about 750m per Overdrive, just to prove to myself that the game counts Campaign towards those Career achievements. I haven't tried the "rubber band" method, but the theory is sound.

Your Loadout should include all of the speed boosting modules (as previously mentioned by others here). All of their warnings also apply (dizziness, boredom, running into things, etc). Good hunting!

Note: you don't have to do this Achievement's Requirments all at once, the Achievement is cummulative, therefore, every Overdrive counts towards the Achievement's Requirements.

The Achievement's Requirements (Total = 280 KM or 280, 000 Metres) can be tracked in Main Menu -> Dropship -> Achievements -> All -> We Have Won.

This will probably be the most time consuming achievement in the game. Just keep running everywhere you go and all of the km's will pile up. This is accumulative between ranked and private matches. You can check your progress in the dropship option from the main menu, then select achievements.
