once you have found the hidden crate behind the tree - the game will ask you to construct a shelter

you need 5 young fir trees for this

enter your crafting menu (house symbol in top left of your screen)

place your shelter - it will take 7H worth of energy to build so you will probably need to sleep once

as soon as its constructed the acheievement will pop
