This Achievement is titled "They didn't stand a chance" it requires your survivors to die during any of the tutorial missions.
From the Main Menu, select Missions and then choose any one of the listed missions.
Once the mission loads, press the View Button (
), and confirm with the A Button, to end the day without doing anything. Repeat this process until your castaway dies, unlocking the achievement.
Here is my video where I played Mission 3. (This was recorded using the Series X's media tools, so no achievement popup is seen.):

I did mine on the first mission - skip 3 days and then your dead - takes literally about 2 mins lol

Yeah. It really doesn't matter which one. Steps are the same.
Also, really annoyed my clip keeps getting removed.
