How to unlock the Demonstrate Restraint achievement in SEGA Genesis Classics - Definitive Guide

Load up the game and select 'Options'. Now change the the 'Controls - Type3' as this is a more easy feel and should stop you from pressing (C), which is Ninjutsu magic attack. Now load up the first level 'Rd 1: Burning Downtown' and complete Stage 1-1/2 by saving all the hostages and without pressing (C). Remember is you do press it or die, just hit to rewind.
