Once you've loaded up the game and are on the main menu, select 'Options' and within this change the difficulty to easy. Now back at the main menu select 'Arcade' and then choose easy again. You'll now need to earn 5,000 points without dying. This shouldn't be too much trouble as the gems fall slowly, giving you enough time to make a decision on their location and placement. Remember that as you're on easy difficulty, the points you'll be gaining are a lot lower than if you were on hard. So try and get those combinations to earn maximum points.
