Load the game up and choose any level as completing a level simply mergers into the next. You task it to get through the stages while shooting enemies and dodging objects. It's fairly straight forwards, but mechanics wise it's a little tricky to dodge everything.

If you do get his though, remember you can rewind to cancel it out. You should get over a score of 5,000,000 by the end of stage 5/Bonus Round. The achievement seems a little delayed in unlocking, so if it doesn't unlock right away, either keep playing or die and restart and it should pop a little way into the stage 1.
