This can be unlocked from the beginning.

Once the game has loaded and you are viewing list of the main games press which takes you to the Museum.

Once in the Museum press / to switch to the art of the game, now press on the Box Art to open it then press to go back to the art menu and do the same for the Case Art.
Once you have viewed the Box and Case art for a game you can press the / button to switch games and do the same for the next game, if you start at Alex Kidd and press each time you will get the achievement once you view the Box and Case art for Zaxxon.
This takes no time at all.

All you need to do, is view all of the box artwork and the game cartridge artwork in the museum to get this achievement.

View all Artwork
On the main list of games press B, this will take you to the Museum. Then press RB or LB to go to the Art of the game. Once on the art press A on the Box Art and the Case Art for each game. You can stay on the Art screen and press RT/LT to switch between games, and just keep viewing all the art. Takes about 5 minutes tops.

From the Main Menu, go to the first title alphabetically, Alex Kidd. Press to enter the Museum. Press to view the Artwork. You must select both the Box Art and the Case Art of each game by pressing . To switch between games, press .
