**Before starting, choose the "easiest" setting in Options**
*Keep the far Right column empty*
Play the game, pausing if you have to until you reach 10 000 points.
When you reach 10 000, fill the far left or far right two columns as high as possible with jewels. When you've completed the column, a magic jewel will appear...
When you get the block of magic jewels, position it so that it falls down the empty column, all the way to the bottom. Since you don't get to use it to eliminate any coloured jewels, the game gives you 10,000 points instead.... :)

Do you need to get exactly 20,000 points?? :O

Anything over 20,000 will net you the achievement.

The best way i found to do this is set to easiest, then during the game PAUSE!
Unlike Tetris or other puzzle games the next column stays on the screen giving you time to plan your next move! Piece of cake!
It will speed up half way through but just pause each time and there is no worry!

tried the other solutions but what i found best for this is change difficulty to easy in setting as well as in game, than fill the far right and left columns up to the top for the magic jewels, let them go down and get the 10k points from them, now all you need is 10k more.
play the game normal at the start and strategize combos, now by the time you start going up levels it'll speed up ( the more combos/jewels you get are what put you up a level thus speeding up)
once it starts speeding up use the pause method, i got 28k points using this method (and i am horrible at puzzle games)

This trophy can still be very tricky, even on Easy mode.
Before starting, make sure to change the difficulty to Easy on options as this game defaults to Normal difficulty.
There is a piece in this game called Magic Jewels which is a light blue shiny piece. When this is placed on a coloured jewel, it eliminates that colour from the game.
However, if you place it on the very bottom of the level such that there is no jewel below it, you get a point bonus instead of 10,000 points which is half of what you need for this trophy.
So while playing, keep the far right or far left column completely blank just in case one of these pieces comes along and then place it in the empty column. It is hard to get 2 of these pieces to come along however so you may have to work for the other 10,000 points.
This game can be hard as it speeds up but luckily you can use the pause menu and still see the jewels so use this to plan out your next move.
Luckily the game gives you more points the longer you stay in, by level 7, I was getting 240 pts per 3 jewels and an additional 480 pts for any combo.

Go into the options menu, set the game to easy, and then once the game starts pick easy mode. Just keep connecting 3 or more of a kind up/down, left/right, or diagonal. The game gets kind of fast at one point, but then slows down again. Can be difficult, but try to keep from getting too high.
When you get the 3 flashing pieces be sure to place them onto the pieces you have the most of, as they clear all of that color.
