This is a very simple achievement.

You must make sure you kill pretty much every enemy you see. Especially the 2 headed blue wolves. These drop the orbs that increase your power and eventually turn you into a creature.

Kill everything you see and, once you get to the boss (you should be the wolf by now) simply kill him to earn enough points.

The boss is fairly simple he'll just stand there and throw heads at you. Keep firing at him and either avoid the heads or use the dash attack to destroy them.

Once dead you should have earnt over 100,000 points and the achievement will unlock.

Try not to get hit too often, if you take too much damage you'll only get 50,000 bonus for killing the boss not the full 100,000 and won't have enough for the achievement.

just pass the first level with minimum damage and kill everything, easy achievement, once finished you'll most likely get 105k-110k points, i suggest killing all enemies than using the save feature when you hit the boss at the end, if you pass but take too much damage re-load save and do the boss again.
