Go the the Jukebox in the options menu. Then push B on these numbers: 3 - 12 - 17 - 2 - 2 - 10 - 2 - 7 - 7 - 11
You should here an Oh Yeah. It's worked, then just complete the first episode (2 'screens' worth of comic book pages).

Even with the cheat activated you can still die by falling down the hole at the end of the first page so make sure you kill the flying thing before you go for the jump.

There is a cheat code that can make obtaining this a lot easier. It makes your character invincible.
Go to the jukebox menu in options and press Circle on the following tracks in order
3, 12, 17, 2, 2, 10, 2, 7, 7, 11
If done correctly, you'll hear an "Oh Yeah".
Episode 1 is not too long, the only grindy part of this game is defeating the enemies as they take a beating before dying.
While you are invincible, it should be noted that at the bottom section of Episode 1, after the flaming barrels which you fall on. Be very careful not to fall through down the gap in the level in the room to the right of the flaming barrels, it might be better to fight the enemies away from the hole if you don't want to accidentally stumble into it. You can still die from falling into this hole and dying in this game is game over and you will have to start the game over.
Episode 1 is 2 comic book pages long, you can tell you're at the end when you are starting to fight the green blobs which fall out of the glass capsules on the wall. There is a boss fight shortly after this and that is the end of the Episode.
Trophy pops at the start of episode 2.
