Thanks Day Socks, Following your way I managed to find the boss foe the 2nd level.
Got stuck on the boss for a while.
How to defeat the 2nd Boss:
Stay in the middle, crouching. The Boss that starts on the left of you will only fire standing up, so we don't need to worry about him yet. However, the boss to your right is a bit of a Ele-fun-t, he will crouch to shoot you, and jump to the other side of you after every shot he takes. Luckily for your little police dude guy, you can shoot his bullets causing them to explode, so they do not hit you.
So, stay in the middle, crouched, you will more than likely get hit by one of the two bullets they fire at the start, but just keep firing at the one on the right, and when you have to turn the other way when he jumps over you, do not stand up and turn, just turn while crouched.

To make this achievement easier, turn the difficulty to easy in the options. The first level is straightforward, but the second one is a bit trickier.
First, go to the far right whilst on the platform, then go a little bit left and move up the path. Keep shooting upwards to get rid of the guard turrets. At the top to the right there will be a hole in the fence, jump in and make your way across. Drop down the holes in the floor three times, then jump over the next one. The boss is fairly simple, just make sure to turn around and shoot when one jumps over you.

I'm officially deeming this achievment as impossible >_> cant kill the second boss. The dude cant shoot quick enough to blow up his triple shots :/.

I found an easy way to best the 2nd stage boss.
As soon as you arrive in the boss room, run towards the far right corner. Crouch there, aim to the left and start mashing X without changing position. The robot will start jumping as usual and it will hit you a few times, but if you shoot as fast as you can, both of them will die before killing you.

In the first level just head right blasting enemies, then once it makes you go left carefully dodge the enemies fire from above. Right after this you will see enemies above you, press up and Y to jump higher to get to them. Then head right and drop off the building to fight a Helicopter boss.
In level two on the escalator thing, go all the way right. Once there go left and take the first path all the way up. Once there go back down and take the first path you come to the right. You should find a spot you can High Jump (Up+Y) into. Then just go left, fall down, then right, rinse repeat, making sure to jump the gap all the way on the right to go to the next scene.
In the next scene on the conveyor belts high jump over into the foreground on the second conveyor belt, then jump over the spikes to the right. You will then fight two armored guys. Duck the whole time and fire on the guy who spawns on the right. He will jump across the screen, follow him and keep shooting, crouched the whole time. He will blow up twice; the first time it's just his suit, the second time it's his death. Once he is dead, continue crouching and take out the other guy.
