Like Button Maaasher has said you can collect the same star over and over for this achievement. I just thought i would add that you can do this much before you get to the boss.
After you are about 90 second in to the first level you will come accross a load of floating seeds that drift upwards (they remind me of one of those flowers you used to blow on when you were a kid and all the seeds used to float away). Grab on to one of these and it will take you skyward and when you let go you will pretty much land on a chest with a star in it. Just jump on the prickly plants to the right and die. You will re-spawn right next to the drop before the seeds. Each star will take about 20 seconds to get. Rince and repeat until you have your chieve!

I did this by saving my lives until the snake boss near the end of lvl 1.
If you climb the vines there is a chest with a star in it, at the top, Just get the star and die. You will restart near the snake boss again.
do this 5 times to get achievement

This can be easily farmed on the first level as when you die you respawn and any stars you've already collected are still counted.
You jump with

Once you load up the first level and follow the level through until you come to an area where you can climb down again, you will be brought to some dandelion looking floating seeds, you can grab onto the hanging piece of these and use them to travel up to a chest on a ledge to your right, inside this chest is a star, once you have collect the star you can jump to your right again onto some thorns until you die. Once you respawn you will be next to the area with the dandelions, repeat this process until you get the achievement.

In the first level, when you come at the place where you have to cling to a flower to go up, there will be a chest up just before some peaks. In the chest, there is a star of life, then take the die on the peaks, you will start at the place of flowers, the chess is back again with a star inside repeat it 5 times.

Yellow Stars are found in various chests throughout the game. You start with 5 lives. The chests (and the Yellow Stars) re-spawn after you die. Find a Yellow Star, collect it with , and then allow yourself to die. Now find the chest again. Repeat until you have collected it five times.

There are 2 ways you could do this:
1. The proper way. Play the game normally, this game is highly enjoyable once you get used to the controls, it only properly gets hard after the first 2 planets but you should have this trophy long before you have to worry about that.
If you play normally and explore extensively, you could have this trophy by the beginning of the first level on the 2nd planet.
2. The easier way: as long as you earn 5 stars in a single play of this game, you will be ok and Ristar starts with 4 lives meaning you can find a star's location in the first level and remember the location and kill Ristar off.
Once you respawn, return to where you found the star in the chest and you can earn the same one more than once.
Some star locations you could do this are as follows (all in first level):
a. There is a part which you have to grab onto some floating dandelion things to carry you up to the next part of the level, if you hold on long enough, you'll see a chest below and that has a star in it.
b. Where you have to beat a snake mini boss that moves between holes in the wall, there is a star in a chest at the top of the vines on this section, whether you can access them before the snake is defeated I do not know, but you can definately get this once the snake is defeated.
Note: There is an extra life in one of the holes in the wall early on in the level, it's before you have to climb a ladder I believe, that should give you just enough lives.
Oh and finally: Blue stars do not count!
